1. Nationwide Delivery
We deliver orders all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and M&P.


2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days
    (Delivery times may vary based on location and order size.)


4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, quantity, and delivery location.
For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping rates may vary — you can confirm the cost before checkout or by contacting our support team.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to easily track your parcel status.


6. Damaged or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We’ll resolve the issue promptly through replacement or assistance.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected orders and cities. For wholesale or large quantity orders, advance payment may be required.
